The Cotton Chick ships from Benalla, Victoria. If you would like up to date shipping time frames please check the Australia Post website as these can sometimes be effected by peak periods and natural disasters. 

Standard shipping: Most standard parcels should be delivered within 3-7 business days, however, depending on where you live, your order should reach you within 4 – 10 business days. 

Express shipping: Metro areas can expect to receive their delivery within 1 – 3 business days.  

Occasionally in more remote areas, delivery could take up to 4 business days.
