Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (postage costs excluded) or exchange, provided they are in the original packaging and in new condition. 

Any items returned in used condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item/s returned to you. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise by a member of The Cotton Chick team.

Refunds or replacements are not available for everyday wear and tear.

If you wish to exchange your item/s you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to have the new item sent out to you.

Exchanges will be shipped once we have received the original item and additional postage costs have been paid – we will contact you to arrange this.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
